The Challenge.

Manchester Staff approached us with a clear objective: to increase their lead generation and build a stronger, more visible brand presence in a highly competitive recruitment market. They needed a multi-channel marketing approach that would not only attract B2B clients but also engage candidates – all while positioning themselves as a trusted expert in their local community.

Our Approach.

We began by developing a social media strategy that placed their audience at the heart of the content. We asked, What do their clients and candidates actually want to see? From there, we created the ‘Living and Working in Manchester’ campaign, a content series that celebrated the city, highlighted lifestyle perks, and ultimately positioned Manchester Staff as more than just a recruiter, but a local expert. As a result, we helped grow their Instagram following from just over 2,000 to nearly 6,000.

To complement their social media growth, we also built out their email marketing function from scratch. This included segmenting their audience, introducing automation, and creating regular campaigns tailored to the interests of B2B clients. Their mailing list grew from zero to 3,000 engaged business subscribers.

Search engine visibility was another key pillar of our strategy. We crafted a comprehensive keyword plan and applied it across their core website pages, ensuring alignment with how their audience searches for recruitment services. Alongside this, we developed a blog content strategy that supported their SEO goals while also providing real value to readers.
